St. Hubert’s Preschool & Playgroup at Warley Baptist Church has been dedicated to nurturing the minds of children aged 2 to 4 years through a play-based, engaging curriculum for over 20 years. Our focus is on fostering creativity, curiosity, and social skills in a safe and loving environment. Our experienced staff are committed to providing personalized attention to each child, ensuring they feel valued and supported. We believe in the power of learning through play, where children can explore and discover at their own pace. This is reflected in our recent Ofsted inspection (2022), where we have been classed as a GOOD preschool.

We have won several awards over the years, including Pre-School of the Year 2008, Outstanding Contribution to Childcare 2009, Child Practitioner of the Year 2013 and Pre-School of the Year 2015.

St. Hubert's operates from two rooms within the Church, both rooms fitted with children's toilets and nappy changing facilities. The setting is wheelchair accessible and has a disabled bathroom.

Our operating hours are from 8.15am - 4.00pm, term time only. Morning sessions run from 8.30am - 11.30am, and afternoon sessions run from 12.20pm - 3.20pm. Our full day sessions run from 8.15am - 4.00pm. Additional charges may apply. Children attending the all-day sessions will need a packed lunch provided. 

 

We have children from the ages 2-4, with funding for 15 to 30 hours of free childcare from the DSG Grant. Children qualify for the grant from the term after their second or third birthday.

We also take children in receipt of the Early Learning for Two's 15-hour weekly funding.

Children can also pay for their Preschool sessions, we offer full day care and sessional day care. The cost of these sessions is available upon request.
